On the rest of the bathroom walls we primer with waterproof primer over the entire wall area. 9. In reference to the patio door installation, all wood members were primer spray on window and door insulation was used in between the gaps. 10. All windows and doors were flashed accordingly per building codes with special flashing tape. 11. Roto rooter corporation came out and cleared out three lines from the shower out, from the kitchen sink out, from the laundry tub out pictures, and videos of available. 12. The asphalt shingle roof was inspected by professional roofer and with the email supplied as supporting evidence it is approximately 12 years old and should have another life expectancy of 10 to 12 years additionally. 13.
