She’s not the prettiest girl you could pick, but she’s been through a lot. This home is like the purebred middle-aged dog abandoned to the shelter. She needs a bath, some care for the broken parts and some replacements for the missing pieces that were stolen by the ones that promised to care for her, but if you show her some love, she will be in your heart forever!! She has a few personality quirks that need to be worked out: a couple broken windows, a few roof issues, a blank subfloor canvas that could use a “once-over”, some rotted wood, rotted siding, some kitchen issues, etc. The foster-tenants stole a lot of the good parts (HVAC and some plumbing) but she still has so much life left and so much joy to give. She was built on a fabulous basement foundation (over 2000 square feet), with view out windows and a walk out. Her front yard has had a little attention, but the back has gone completely wild and will need some tough love and a lot of training to get her back in line.
