On top of Bartlett Mountain, an access road takes you to the gate of your own huge playground. Inside the Mendocino National Forest, this 395-acre tract feels much bigger than that. Logging roads and skid trails are all over it, and the bulk of the road system has been opened in anticipation of this sale. As if 395 acres isn't enough, it borders Forest Service land. Deer Valley Rd just touches it on the east side of the property. Other than that the roads are easement free, so you won't be sharing anything with any neighbors. There are some huge meadows on this, multiple springs, seasonal streams, rock outcroppings and incredible views. The logging landing sites make great building sites.
