Off the dining room is the bonus room with a fold-out sleep sofa and Renai gas heater. There are two bedrooms and a full bath with walk-in shower and tub on the main floor. Downstairs you will find a ½ bath and laundry in the basement, storage shelves, and the entrance to the 1 car garage making unloading the groceries in bad weather a breeze.
