Views overlook a 30 acre farm (south) and mountains (east). The studio is in a separate building with a private entrance. The 4 acre property includes perennial and vegetable gardens, an orchard and walking paths. The studio is easily accessible to biking, hiking, swimming, and numerous cultural attractions throughout the Berkshire County region. Tangelwood, Kripalu, Berkshire Theater Festival and Jacob's Pillow are a short drive. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy: birding, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, and biking opportunities in the area. Songbirds are plentiful throughout Spring, Summer and fall. Merlin has identified over thirty species on the property. Guest access Guests have their own private entrance. Other things to note The entire property is carbon neutral. 10kW Photovoltaic Solar provides geothermal heating/cooling and all electrical needs for the main house as well as the studio. There is a Level-2 EV charger in the driveway that can be shared with the owner.
