This house is fully furnished. (beds, couches, kitchen dishes, silverware, pots & pans). This house sits on close to 4 acres of land. At the walk in level there is a small bedroom with a double bed, a small closet with a 3 drawer dresser, and its own full bathroom (tub/shower, sink, toilet) and outside of the bedroom and when you first walk in, is an open coat closet….And a laundry area with washer & dryer & laundry cabinets. Upstairs: There is a small living room with a couch that can pull/fold out into a Queen sized bed, a wall mounted TV (22 inch) and a saddle stool. Right off of the living room is the door that leads out to a deck (not covered) with 2 chairs….This deck has the best views of the property….This is where there is a view of the fishing canal out back (with walking paths on each side of the canal) and the Continental Divide. There is a full kitchen (4 burner gas stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, plenty of cupboards) with a pantry and a small dining area with an antique bureau There is a large master bedroom with a king sized bed, a 5 drawer dresser, a modern chair and side table, a walk-in closet, a small 3 drawer stand (to put their own TV on) and a full bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, toilet, towel rack). Again, from the bedroom window is another spectacular view of the Continental Divide and the fishing canal. Also behind our property are views of ranch property on either side. There is plenty of room for parking right next to the house, however we are trying to limit to 2 vehicles only (which includes snowmobiles, motor cycles, etc. – no inoperable vehicles). In town there are plenty of restaurant/bars, ice cream and candy shops, liquor stores, Mountain Market (local grocery store, etc.), library, community center, boat rentals, snow mobile rentals, town square, etc. Grand Lake is considered to be the “Snowmobile capital of Colorado” with hundreds of snowmobile trails. Trash, water & internet are all included in rent.
