-less foot traffic from Marta (typically people get off and hang around the other side of the building by Publix/the liquor store) -less residential buildings on the stretch of the street (other building also has entrance to The Mark) -I.E. Feels safer to enter the building in our tower instead of the other tower -restaurants and exercise studios on W Peachtree as opposed to nail salons, tanning, laundromat -less noise from students (the mark across the street, U-house on spring street) -reliable view (no view from north building) -less rentals in East tower (north tower has like 50% rentals, more move ins-outs, whereas 950 has lots of long-term residents) -less ambient noise (some street noise rather than highway noise and nightlife noise from spring street) Also, facing the pool and garden from the 10th floor is a permanent view. Many people who got other units thought they'd get a nice view and were quickly disappointed when other high rises were built
